Joe Biden’s inauguration address in January 2021 was historic. Following a heated election and a devastating attack on our nation’s capital, the newly-elected president’s address was intended to reestablish a feeling of order and decency.
But, to be honest, this address wasn’t that interesting. Bill Clinton seemed to agree. Look, see the guy dozing asleep throughout the speech!

Nobody likes balloons as much as Bill Clinton. And everyone remembers his viral photographs from the Democratic National Convention, in which he reached for balloons like a child for the first time.
Bill Clinton mentions in his speech that young Amariyanna “Mari” Copeny informed him that it was okay to “enjoy balloons.” It was supposed to be a sweet moment, but the result was that Bill embarrassed himself for the second time over the same stupid issue.
